Family Forum - Dungarvan (CDNT 6)

The family forum will be held:

On November 21^st 2024

At 10 am to 12 noon

In St John’s Pastoral Centre, John’s Hill, Waterford, X91 HW9D

This is your chance to work with other families to establish support networks and develop ideas about services for children with complex disabilities.

The agenda for this meeting, as agreed with your family reps, will be:

10.00 – 11.00 Meeting

• John McCusker, facilitator, explains purpose of family forum, his role and agrees the structure of future meetings
• The Family Reps introduce themselves and share their current plans and ideas
• CDNM will give a brief update on services locally, regionally and nationally as relevant.
• Areas of concern and possible solutions – family reps have proposed that this will be in the form of a table discussion and suggestion box.

 

11.00 Coffee Break

11.15 – 12.00 Short talk on the Network 6 Toileting and Continence Care Pathway by Amanda  McKeown Clinical Nurse Specialist
