Wexford childrens disability netwrok team are now offering brief consultations with a social worker on the team.

Brief consultations are 30 minutes long and held in the CDNT office.

We can support with issues such as:

• Advice on benefits, entitlements, medical cards and housing
• Linking you with other community services and supports
• Filling in forms
